First and foremost, I would like to thank you both, Gail and Bonnie, for your assistance with the sale of my Aunt’s Home, 5676 Legend Hills Lane, there in Spring Hill. Not only was it challenging with so many individuals being involved, but everyone was in a different location, including Canada, during this process.
My copy of the paperwork for the transaction, including the Escrow Account/Proceeds Check, has already been received as UPS made a stop here at 9:30 AM this morning, in Plymouth, Michigan!
I thank you Gail for all you did in preparing for the sale of my Aunt’s home, the continuous and ongoing updates you provided while the property was listed, the recommendations you made along the way, and ultimately all that you did to assist in the closing of the sale. And Bonnie, I want you to also know that I appreciate all of your and Chelsea Title’s involvement, behind the scene, that resulted in the smooth and expedient handling of all the paperwork, across the miles, that was involved for the closing of 5676 Legend Hills Lane.
Thanks again for all of your assistance, not only as it relates to the sale of this, my Aunt’s home, but I would also like to extend a heartfelt and deeply sincere thank you, to both of you, for your past assistance with the sale and closing of my Mom’s home, also there on Legend Hills Lane, after she passed away.
