For the past month of March 2025, on average, 1183 Homes were “For Sale” (fully active and available) within our Hernando County Multiple List Service (MLS). In comparison, 948 Homes were “For Sale” (fully active and available) within our Hernando County MLS for March 2024. The “Average Sale Price” for March 2025 increased by 2% in comparison to March 2024.
